For years it seemed like the bad boy of pop Robbie Williams was set to be an eternal bachelor, but then along came Ayda. Robbie and the American television actress started dating all the way back in May 2006, and have recently revealed that they got married last month in the couple’s Los Angeles home.

Williams first shot to fame as a member of the British boy band Take That. He has since enjoyed a successful solo career, selling more than 55 million albums and scoring hits with singles like Angels, Rock DJ, Kids, Eternity and Feel… but has recently reunited with his old band mates to record a new album.

His father Pete Conway told the News of the World that he was delighted with the news. “At last, Rob is happy… the happiest I’ve seen him,” he said. “Ayda is so beautiful. They are brilliant together.”
